With approximately 6,800 independent sales force members in attendance, Mary Kay’s annual Leadership Conference takes place January 12-16 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, the second largest convention facility in the US.   Each year, Mary Kay hosts its Leadership Conference in a different city.
